Don't click if you are here for the first time.
Take a look at the offer first.
What a beautiful mess!
Do you know a better slogan for the exercise industry?
I don't (eye blink).

Especially as I realise that every day, each exercise and all its modalities are published on social media in a random way.

Do you also pick out the cool ones, save a few for later, mock ones you don't like and eventually come to the realisation that this flood of inspiration overwhelms, confuses, and leads to blind wandering through methods, unjustifiably tinkering on our clients instead of focusing on key performance factors?
What if ...
...all methods could be collected and described?

Put together, compared, and consistently organized?

What if we could break through the impasse caused by the lack of systematic organization in practice—unify the nomenclature, give specific meaning to individual exercises and clearly define their loads and intensities?

What if we could finally understand the essence of human movement—and learn to express it through logical structure, clear language and thoughtful rules for selecting methods and guiding their progressive development?

Introducing LEXICON!
The Lexicon is a methodological library of exercises designed for coaches, physiotherapists, all sorts of musculoskeletal specialists and fitness enthusiasts.

It is a curated collection of practices based on modeling theory, offering a clear classification of methods used in physical training and exercise rehabilitation.

It features an inspiring video library of exercise samples, organised by groups, variables, body regions, endless variations, injury types, and links to specific sports.

The Lexicon expands conventional exercise categories with creative solutions, individual movement variability and alignment with principles of biomechanics and motor learning theory.

LEXICON is a map that expands the horizon of 'navigating' the fabric of everyday and sports behaviour, from which the complex, often non–linear and dynamic phenomenon of final movement and performance emerges.
Worldwide registration is now open!
Starts in July 2025!
Learning organisation.

LEXICON is a growing library of videos that expands each week with a new package of exercises. These are then categorized, named, defined, and discussed within a closed discussion group of program participants.

  • The number of exercises continues to grow until the initial milestone of +2000 methods is reached—a number that will naturally increase as the course evolves.

  • Each new package of videos is announced on the participants’ forum, along with its placement within the Lexicon structure and is actively discussed in terms of dosage, intensity, and appropriate (or inappropriate) use.

  • Starting in 06.2025, the first international registrations will open, with the goal of collecting over +2000 samples of training methods and laying the foundation for the most comprehensive collection of practices you'll ever see.

Representing ...
...our professional commitment to the everyday support of patients, clients, athletes and sports organizations.
  • Meet the creators of the Lexicon—who share time–tested methods and rare gems of practice and methodology, drawn from top sports clubs, performance centers, and sports clinics—by practitioners, for practitioners.

  • Learn from professionals and develop the ability to skillfully integrate all training tools into inspiring training compositions—breaking away from monotony and overly technical approaches to physical and athletic development.

More than just a (single) system.
Integral thinking is one of our superpowers.

We use it to teach movement as a single, unified system—where physical fitness, a healthy physique, and performance emerge from the interplay of postures, methods, and behaviors.

Each exercise is discussed according to the following logic:

  1. The name reflects the exercise’s priorities.

  2. Its placement within the structure is standardized.

  3. Pain threshold, load, and intensity are clearly defined.

  4. We explore health and adaptation benefits.

  5. We suggest its application for specific individuals or injuries.

Additionally, throughout the learning process, we compare popular methodologies to learn how to distinguish between them—helping us avoid falling into the traps of trends, isolated systems and pseudo–scientific approaches.

Since the process of describing human movement and motor skills is a creative process, the listed assumptions for each Lexicon option may slightly differ, with the total number of methods being +1000 and +2000 exercises, respectively.
What you want to know but are afraid to ask:
  • Exercise names and practical guidelines are provided in English, due to the universal role of English in sports medicine and exercise science. However, the majority of course participants are colleagues from Poland, which is why the shared communicator includes Polish-language forums as well.

  • Access to the course is time–limited. Currently, we are running the +2000 exercise edition, which continues until 09.2025. During this period, all new exercises are systematically released, described, and categorised. Participants of the Lexicon have full access to browse the Lexicon in its current form and can download the entire exercise library to their own device at any time.

In that sense, the practical resource remains with participants 'forever'. However, the core value of the Lexicon lies in its ongoing development: deepening knowledge of modern exercise science and motor learning principles, sharing new exercise examples, and engaging in dynamic interaction with the creators and fellow participants.

Once all materials for a given edition have been published, a one–week summary time window is announced. After that, access to the exercise base and all additional multimedia content is suspended. Since the project doesn’t stop at 2000 videos and further expansions are planned, participants who wish to remain part of the ever–growing Lexicon are offered the opportunity to continue through discounted renewal options.

  • Because social media is not where you should be learning about the surrounding world. Don’t expect to lift your professionalism by studying memes, depending on current exercise trends, or relying on different training ideologies. Despite ongoing developments in sports medicine and exercise science, human movement classification systems barely exist. The Lexicon offers you deep learning opportunities where you can reflect on the variable and often hard-to-comprehend phenomena of movement patterns and specific aspects of athletic performance.

  • It means that the number of exercises is usually slightly higher, and that your chosen package includes at least that many. The '+' also refers to all the additional content and multimedia we share with participants throughout the Lexicon experience—including tools that help you program sessions based on the strategies and methods covered, as well as everything else that makes the learning process go beyond just a virtual cloud.

  • It means that each participant is not allowed to share the downloaded videos with their patients/clients as if it were their own practice library.

In the future, I do plan to introduce solutions that support coaching and clinical practice in this area—but for now, this is not possible.
